Job Role : Executive Assistant And OfficeManager

Job Description

  • Develop and Implement a marketing plan aligned with groupstrategy
  • Review, negotiate and renewsponsorship agreements
  • Maintain and manage themarketing budget
  • Work closely with the Groupto co-develop branding, marketing collateral andcampaigns
  • Coordinate internal and externalfunctions and events
  • Maintain a library ofdigital brochures and client newsletters
  • Ensure all marketing material; pitch book, fees, factsheets, invitations are up to date and easily accessible
  • Oversee, coordinate and update website on a weeklybasis
  • In charge of preparing all ad hoc clientcommunication similarly to the attached, and write down the MarketSummary following the team meeting that takes place everyMonday
  • In charge of all PowerPointpresentations
  • Coordinate with the suppliersregarding branding material (copybooks, pens, envelopes, etc) andmake sure the best quality is acquired at the lowest price Incharge of the communication, negotiations and organization of theconferences and events that are sponsored by the company
  • Coordinate with the media regarding TV and radioappearances
  • Review articles written ahead oftheir printed publication
  • Manage the digitalactivities which include the website, social media and pressreleases
  • Liaise with external agencies tobuild creative content
  • Manage marketingcampaigns to attract potential clients to social platforms andcommunications
  • Assist with any businessdevelopment activities as and when required
  • Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage all logistical affairs of the SEO Project manageany ad-hoc activities requested
  • Oversee VIPclients ahead of meetings and during events
  • Assist with the procurement & tenderingactivities
  • Coordinate with the differentdepartments with regards to subjects related to Legal, Compliance,Marketing, etc
  • Actively follow and promote allsafety and security policies and ensure that fellow employees andvisitors are doing the same so as to ensure a safe and secureworkplace for all
  • Requirements

  • At least 5years of Office Manager and EA experience
  • Candidates MUST be native English speakers
  • Bachelors Degree is a MUST
