Requirements
The successful candidate will :
Oversee 3PL evaluations resulting in selection of services provider
Communicate and help develop necessary policies and procedures to aide in project establishment and execution.
Collaborate with technical training teams on creation and rollout of educational materials for 3PL staff.
Develop, facilitate and track KPI's
Design and analyse performance and predictive reporting for logistical and operational initiatives.
Track progress of action plans, present outcomes to the organisation leadership team and 3PL vendor partners
Monitor integrity, security and efficiency through routine audits, report findings to key stakeholders
Additional operations and logistics management tasks and initiatives defined by management
