Job Summary : Looking for an Executive Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details : Keep up the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings etc Participate in meetings and prepare minutes Manage confidential documents ensuring they remain secure Respond and sort phone calls and redirect them when appropriate Carry out research and prepare presentations or reports as required Manage and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence Keep up electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible when required Conduct any other related assigned tasks Job Qualifications and Experience Degree in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration At least 2 years of experience in secretarial work or similar role Good organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures Must have good computer knowledge Good typing skills required Only female candidates are required to apply Application Procedure : All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
