As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsiblefor leading your subordinates in all aspects of food production tothe highest professional standards and in accordance with thestandard operating procedures as issued by the ExecutiveChef.
Estimates and communicates daily production needs.
Creative and innovative running of the Outlet to which is assignedin accordance to the guidelines given by the Executive Chef.
Trains employees in the performance of their day-to-daytasks.
Demonstrates proper and safe usage of allkitchen equipment.
Preferably has working experience in a 5* hotel
Holder of a basic Food Preparation Certificate
Holderof a basic Health & Hygiene Certificate
Previous experience in Arabic cuisine
Willing to workshifts
Proficiency in English, both verbal andwritten
Candidate must be locally available(UAE)
