Key Responsibilites

  • Handles stock replenishment and maintenance processcommunication to POS network as per the directives of the BrandManager.
  • Monitors the availability and flow ofthe approved model stock in each POS and generate forecastedreports as per the parameters devised by the Brand Manager.
  • add tothe brand manager the report related to this)

  • Ensures that proposals for replenishments of best sellersoptimize turnover and profitability.
  • Follows-up with brands and update the system onback-orders. Sends special orders requests and follows up ondeliveries with suppliers.
  • Ensures thatmaintenance of prices (price markdowns, promotions in stores) isperformed on the system in a timely and correct manner.
  • Conductsself-checks to ensure accuracy.

  • Ensuresprocess maintenance issues are immediately escalated to IT.Performs correct and timely re-entry in the system followingdetection of errors.
  • Executes inter-locationtransfers in the system.
  • Obtains productdistribution advice from the Brand Manager and implements intosystem as product transfer entry (LTO).
  • Performs entry of purchase orders of goods in the system.Identifies reasons for invoice discrepancies in the system (priceand quantity).
  • Performs product profileintegration into the oracle system i.e. GRN and other relatedoracle entries.
  • Liaises with the LogisticsDepartment for system entries and shipment handling steps i.e.tally the invoice with physical goods received.
  • Coordinates with the Merchandising Department regardingwatches delivery dates in order to arrange merchandising visit andensure the correct / timely display of new arrivals with the supportof P.O.S team.
  • Coordinates with the MarketingDepartment towards the successful delivery of marketing campaignsand events (i.e. through availability of stock, facilitation ofphotoshoots...)
  • Issues insurance claims fordamage during delivery or defective items.
  • Generates P.O.S retail discount reports as per theparameters devised by the Brand Manager
  • Prepares reports on stock balance, recommendation forrotation and replenishments.
  • Handles P.O.Srequests for spare parts and accessories to facilitate customerrequirements. Coordinates with internal departments to integratethe parts exchange system entries.
  • Incoordination with Finance, prepares Statement of Account forinvoice payments and discrepancies, if any.
  • Coordinates with Warehouse for the delivery and transfersof non-valuable items i.e. catalogues, P.O.S.M and relevantmerchandising materials.
  • Generates variousbrand reports required by the Brand Manager for businessrequirements of different horizon and regular analysis.
  • Files and documents brand related data entries i.e.invoices / reports etc...
  • Liaises with internaland external customers as recommended by the BrandManager
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in businessadministration on any relevant degree
  • 2-3years of related experience in Retail (Stores and BackOffice)
  • Strong organizational skills andability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellentattention to detail
  • Strong interpersonalskills and the ability to build relationships with differentstakeholders
  • High level of customer / clientservice and response
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
