As a Researcher with the LeadershipRecruiting team, you will be tasked with building robust researchstrategies to identify and engage candidates.
You are an analyticaland resourceful individual with a passion for research anddeveloping relationships, and have the ability to listen andunderstand the goals of candidates and our hiring teams.
Create andexecute leadership search strategies across a variety of productareas and functions, focused on leadership roles at thecompany.
Identify, assess and presentleadership talent to senior management across Company.
Build relationships with leadership talent in themarketplace.
Leverage strategic thinking,influencing and coaching skills in order to run a successful searchprocess and help hire exceptional talent.
Source passive candidates through research, internal andexternal networking and direct outreach.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practicalexperience.
3 years of experience in anexecutive recruiting and / or sourcing role.
Preferred qualifications :
Recruiting experience in an executive search firm orcorporate environment, executing a variety of searches with anemphasis on an individualized candidate experience.
Expert at independently owning and driving the searchstrategy. Able to thoughtfully set out the target company universeand prioritize effectively based on key market insights.
Executive presence and excellent consultative skills.Domain expertise to build productive partnerships with leaders andexceed their expectations.
Ability to get upto speed quickly on new markets and to run a thorough searchprocess, including leadership candidate research, outreach,engagement, evaluation and presentation.
