Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified Global OrganizationThe Business Consultant is responsible for supporting the Regional Solutions Consultants across EMEA to drive value focused engagements with their customers at the Clevel He She will conduct diagnostic workshops studies with customers to identify their needs and frame a digital transformation roadmap that will deliver significant value to their operations He She will work with the regional sales global Product Managers the Proposal Estimates team the EMEA HCP leadership to identify develop convert Connected plant opportunities in his region The successful candidate will have the right balance of technical commercial skills to successfully lead this role He should demonstrate a passion for winning an ability to think big make it happen an entrepreneurial mindset the flexibility to cope with change creativity and the drive to deliver stretched targets in a dynamic environment Role Responsibilities Clevel engagements presentationUnderstand the customer s operating model and value leversAssess the customer s Digital Transformation plan and link with Honeywell SolutionsDevelop a storyline for Clevel interactionsPrepare and lead presentations with Regional consultant Diagnostic workshop studiesFrame objective workplan for customer diagnostic exercise could range between a free halfday workshop and a commercial multimonth engagement Write diagnostic consulting proposalsLead the diagnostic study team typical engagement management role with 25 team members and be the main focal point for customers during the studyConsolidate final report including gap analysis recommendations adoption roadmap etcSupport followup actions with internal teams on individual initiative development Business developmentDevelop innovative GotoMarket approaches and test them with customers e g customer segmentation etc Identify potential new opportunities based on industry knowledge best practice from the pole or other polesSupport sales in pipeline development e g demo conference Track value delivery of ongoing contracts and consolidate sometimes build case studies Internal Connected Transformation agent 1015 of time Support broader organization to shift from traditional product to value focused sellingShare best practice case studiesConduct webex training when required
