The purpose of this position is to manage the value propositions of du Consumer Postpaid Business with the objective of growing the Market in terms of subscriber base as well as revenue and contribute to the overall growth of du Consumer Post-paid Segment.
The Manager, Postpaid is responsible for the development of Postpaid value propositions and the overall Postpaid portfolio.
He manages the different marketing mix of the Postpaid Business, with the objective of increasing Postpaid penetration in the market and growing the business in terms of value and volume.
The role holds P&L responsibilities of the Postpaid Business
The role has to liaise with all relevant functions including ABM, Customer Experience, Communications, Digital, Customer Operations, Sales, Regulatory and Pricing by executing all necessary activities.
He leads a cross-functional team of all these stakeholders in a leveraged organization model.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role, preferably in Consumer Marketing within a renowned telecom operator, with special focus on the Postpaid Market
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management with a focus on Business Marketing
