Key StrategicResponsibilities

  • Contribute to the annual plan, associated budgets andsales strategies, monitor performance against this, initiatingcorrective action where necessary to ensure operations areconducted within the agreed financial parameters and targets areachieved
  • Implement appropriate policies andprocedures to cover key areas of Hospitality sales activity andensure effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance toestablished outlet and service standards
  • FunctionalResponsibilities

  • Create, develop and implement monthly sales strategies inorder to maximise upon promotion opportunities throughout theyear
  • Ensure the highest levels of quality aremaintained across outlets. Ensure the look and feel of the outletsis consistently applied and are in line with the Principalrequirements
  • Oversee that the highest levelsof customer service, quick turnaround and efficiency of the brandportfolio is implemented with continued compliance to internal andPrincipal requirements
  • Frequently visit alloutlets to ensure the highest levels of outlet performance,management, staffing-levels, customer service, back-officemanagement and cleanliness
  • Monitor complianceof local laws and company policies relating to hospitality / foodindustry and ensure all outlets within remit adhere and operate tothe strict statutory requirements and established health, hygieneand safety policies and standards
  • Adhere tothe brand and ATG guidelines in relation to the development andimplementation of brand marketing activities to establish and growthe brand within the region
  • Analyze the marketand the local consumer tastes and preferences and providerecommendations to the Division Manager in customizing the brandoffering to suit local requirements
  • Manage and control all aspects of stock managementwithin designated remit ensuring minimal wastage and stockvariance. - Implement and manage Loss Prevention standards as percompany policy and make recommendations for improvements
  • People Development

  • Provide leadership and direction tosubordinates towards the achievement of goals andobjectives
  • Guide and motivate subordinates toenhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that theyare continuously developed for higher level roles
