Provide accurate HR metric reporting on amonthly basis and follow up with the Business Leaders; translateworkforce data into meaningful plans for leaders to act upon.
Identify and recommend areas of improvement (e.g., ensuresacceptable levels of employee turnover)
Continuallyadopt best practice in all HR matters to drive efficiencies andgrowth opportunities;
Work with our Talent AcquisitionSpecialists and Business Leaders to attract and retain talent,build a pipeline of talent to meet the current and future needs ofthe business, ensuring our employer brand is relevant;
Ensure all relevant laws and regulations (i.e. payroll tax,pension, social security, permits, labour and data laws relating tocontracts and business code of conduct) are complied with toprotect the business and reputation;
Life CycleTraining : Oversee the delivery of employee on- boarding training,life-cycle and refresher training for the region.

A hospitality, retail or foodoutlet background is desired
