JOB DESCRIPTION :
Applicants should be above 30 years of age.
Should be an HR Degree holder from a Western University.
Work experience of minimum 5 years in a generalist HR role in the UAE is needed.
Need good knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
Supporting the management by providing operational HR services and support to the business across the Gulf region.
Should possess excellent relationship building, communication and counseling skills.
Providing a wide range of HR support including policy and process development, continuous HR development,
recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, etc.
