Requires excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills. Utilizes knowledge of telecommunications including frame relay, ATM, T1, Fraction T1, T3, SONET, ISDN or analog services.
Will also have experience working with various telecommunication providers and understands the complexities of broadband services, provisioning circuits and other telco-
provided services, and diagnosing telecommunications problems to their sources.

Engineers also are proactive in anticipating problems in service and equipment and come up with solutions before they occur.
They may visit sites frequently to inspect or service telecommunications equipment when needed.

1.Understand and fulfil the telecom requirements for Trend Micro PH contact center to support global customers.
2.Supervise vendors for maintain and sustain the Nortel PBX and Symposuim systems in AU, US and PH.
3.Improve the logic setup of the current regional PBXs and call center app .
4.Design telecom solutions, manage telecom projects, and deliver results in a timely manner
5.Create Statistics and quality monitoring of the phone system .
6.Co-work with other teams and support Trend Micro global VoIP and technical support contact center .
7.Maintain local, AU, and US Telco and PBX vendors relationship .
8.Manage and maintain internal customer relationship, and provide telecom solutions .
9.Host and supervise PH telecom help desk .
10.Design and support Video Conference .
11.Be able to work late shift .
12.Need to be able to travel occasionally.
