Job Description
Review of lease documents (lease offers), preparation of comparison of lease offers. Prepare detailed lease abstracts. Process lease agreements and rental payments in consultation with department manager.
Maintain lease information of all establishments. Preparing different reports in MS Excel as per the requirement of department manager Scheduling meetings, preparing reports Filing properly all documents sound working knowledge of retail leasing and ensure lease compliance, including review and abstraction of key information from lease agreements, receiving accurate payment of rent and other lease payments, timely response and resolution to Tenant and Landlord items.
Maintain accuracy and timing of rent schedules and other critical dates and notifications for new leases and those revised by lease amendments.
Min 2 years exp in leasing Excellent in excel & document filling
