As an Assistant Online Store Manager, you'll support the Online team in developing the e-store platform, along with key stakeholders across the UAE and GCC countries.
Utilising your existing eCommerce experience, you'll collaborate with the marketing team and various departments, to optimise the customer journey and increase website purchase conversion rates.
As a critical member of the team, you will ensure that all Delivery, Stock KPI’s are achieved, as well as managing inventory forecasts and Supply Chain Management planning.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Store including order management, sales promotions, forecasting.
Develop, plan and execute eCommerce strategies to enhance eStore Business
Collaborate with Customer Services to improve customer ratings, call center and e-promoter sales, and implement new service features as per HQ guidelines and best practices.
Drive actionable consumer insights (through web analytics and competitive landscape bench-marking) to improve traffic acquisition, user experience and platform capabilities.
Ensure the stability of e-commerce functionalities for all eStore operational processes.
Collaborate with agency counter parts to maintain accurate and prompt project implementations.
Define and monitor third party service quality, e.g. fulfillment, payment / fraud issues, in collaboration with subsidiaries and support functions.
Work with site merchandising and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to plan seasonal campaigns and regularly analyse performance to recommend optimization plans and new channels
Skills and Qualifications
4 Years - eCommerce operational experience
Hands of experience with Ecommerce Platforms, systems and process
MS Office Microsoft excel and Power point skills
