Job Qualifications and Experience
Should be a fully qualified secretary with a BachelorsDegree in Secretarial Studies or any related course
Must have served as a secretary in a busy office for more thanthree (3) years
Should be a very good listener andcommunicator
Demonstrated ability to work with the MsOffice packages is essential
Applicants mustdemonstrate administrative as well as professional competence inthis field
Should be presentable and a good timemanager
Good planning and organizing skills
