PositionStatement :

  • The SSC Finance Manager isresponsible for specific functions within the Finance department ofthe Shared Service Centre (SSC) and projects;
  • reporting to the SSCDirector of Finance.

  • Leadership andmanagement of functions within the SSC Finance Team
  • Leading the Month-end and Year-end processes
  • Continual Improvement of SSC processes, performance andprojects
  • Managing relationships with hotelssupported by the SSC
  • Supporting on-boardingnew hotels into the SSC
  • Ensuring adherence toInternal control procedures and compliance by SSC team
  • Continuous focus on team development, training and skillsenhancement
  • Perform any additional tasks asassigned to ensure effective operations of the SSC

  • Education : BS / BA / Bachelor’s Degree orequivalent work experience
  • Minimum Years ofExperience : 5 years of progressive overall experience,including :
  • o Hotel FinanceExperience

    o Team leadership

    o Projectmanagement experience

  • LanguagesRequired : English
  • Proficient in MS OfficeSuite and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programswhen required
  • PreferredQualifications

  • Knowledge of the Hilton Finance systems in GCC (Navision,SUN, Oasys, OnQ, MICROS, Birchstreet, Docuware)
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA,CA, or equivalent)
  • To perform all duties andresponsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that ofothers in your workplace.
