Job Key Details :

Handle and maintain the director's diary as well as email account

Reply to emails and handle appointments

Conduct weekly diary meetings with the director to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations as well as other requests

Offer a service that is in line with the executive's work habits as well as preferences

Maintain an accurate record of papers as well as electronic correspondence

Conduct any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field of study

At least 2+ years of relevant experience required

Good organizational and coordination skills

Should be able to handle stressful situations

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite with excellent typing skills

Must be presentable with the ability to interact with high-level clients

Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
