WeWork is looking for an Expansion Manager who will be based in our UAE HQ to launch new Markets around their region and while rotating through projects every 3-
4 months supporting the city and the Expansion, they will also help coach and manage a team of Expansion Leads focusing on building up Brand Awareness in new markets.
A successful candidate will have a very large focus on coaching, mentoring, building up brand awareness, working on strategic and Enterprise deals and ultimately helping manage and lead the Pre-
Sales process of the market to ensure opening up the first building or two at 85% occupancy or greater. This person will report into the Director of Expansion.
As a successful Expansion Responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to) : Develop a strategic sales plan to be executed within your book of business Be fast pace in both lead generation and lead conversion Articulate WeWork’s value proposition to C-
Level executives across Finance, Real Estate, HR, and other departments as necessary Leverage Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast Work cross-
functionally with Account Management, Real Estate, Community and Operations to optimize the member experience Tap into the local network by reaching out to event organizers and attending relevant events within the city.
Connect with influencers in your region to build partnerships and clients. Source a network of influencers and leverage relationships to reach sales goals.
Provide innovative, scalable solutions for lead generation (including implementing in each Expansion project), for example cold emailing, networking, events, social media, etc.
In some instances, be the local point of contact for Mid Market (50-999 employees) and Enterprise opportunities (>
1,000 employees) Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
Recruits, develops and manages strategic partner alliances / partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
Works toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the the business.
Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
