Job Role : Training & DevelopmentExecutive (UAE National)
Our client is aleading government entity based in Sharjah and seeking to recruit aUAE National Training and Development Executive for theirteam.
The role will report into the Headof HR and will manage the L&D function. The successfulindividual will take full ownership of the learning function fromneeds analysis, selecting vendors, coordinating training rightthrough to measuring the business impact of the training.
Please note this is an Emiratisation role andtherefore only applications from UAE National Family Book holderswill be considered.
Responsibilities willinclude :
Creating an overall vision androadmap for Training & Development, in close and effectivecooperation with the other members of the Group HR team;
Building strong relationships with keystakeholders guiding and challenging managers in all aspects oflearning, leadership and talent development &management;
Critically reviewing the currentportfolio of learning and development programs against theorganisation's needs and amend where necessary;
Conduct training needs analysis and provide consultancyservice to identify needs and recommend training solutions for thebusiness;
Design training curriculum (withexternal partners) according to business needs;
Conduct research and provide recommendations onimproving the effectiveness of the trainings to enhance theorganisation's performance
UAE National with a FamilyBook
1-3 years training / developmentexperience, or, an HR generalist with an understanding ofL&D and a passion to take this further
An effective stakeholder manager with outstandingcommunication and influencing skills;
Stronginterest in leadership, managing individual needs, development ofexecutive talents at all levels;
Team spiritand sharing attitude
