Job Role : Purchase & LogisticsCoordinator
Oversee purchasing and logistics o Creates purchase ordersfrom requisitions o Confer with vendors to obtain product orservice information such as price, availability, and deliveryschedule o Obtains price quotes from multiple suppliers andNegotiate with suppliers and issue POs o Issues purchase orders tosuppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and price arecorrect o Processes receipts and invoices for payment o Documentfiling o Expedites delivery of goods to users Follow up of thematerials delivery o Manage the maintenance, preparation androuting of purchase orders o Review purchase orders and shipmentcontents prior to releasing them from the facility o Communicatewith shipping agents to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery ofshipments o Meet production target dates for purchase andsubcontract items o Prepare accurate bills of lading o Establish,monitor and control approved vendor list .
o Data entry and filingpaperwork o Create and implement best practice purchasing vision,strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improvebusiness performance o Carry out supplier Evaluations and submitreport to QA / GM .
o Monitor supplier performance o .Monitoringstock of critical components and update production for deviationand issue PO o Maintains procurement records such as items orservices purchased, costs, delivery, product quality orperformance, and inventories o Advanced knowledge of MSExcel
Salary : AED4,000.00 to AED6,000.00 / month
