The role forms part of the account management team for a leading hospitality and entertainment client based out in Dubai To undertake day to day activities to assist the Account Management team and in the delivery of a growing loyalty programme including day to day client liaison To communicate and interact with the wider Aimia internal departments across Marketing IT Operations Fulfilment Insights Travel for meetings in Dubai on a weekly basis The role is based in Dubai and reports to the Account Director Responsibilities include Ongoing tasks Interfacing with clients and other stakeholders on a day-

to-day basis Weekly updates to status report noting meeting minutes and following up on action points with internal and external stakeholders Develop and retaining strong client relationships at the appropriate client level Updating training documentation maintaining version control and sharing updated versions with key client contacts Chasing clients suppliers on outstanding issues Supporting Account Director with management of in-

scope and out-of-scope deliverables Following processes to ensure operations are delivered efficiently working with the Account Manager to introduce new ideas and to adapt processes to improve efficiencies and to deliver against new requirements Assist team on quarterly business reviews and other meeting deliverables Maintain competitor overview presentations and documentations across various hotel and retail loyalty programmes and share with client on a quarterly basis Account admin tasks such as compilation of results from various multi media campaigns provide campaign factsheet to client teams per campaign etc Sharing documented audit of observations and improvements if any to the programme made available by on-

going visits to hotels retail assets and other relevant external businesses Marketing Manage operational responsibilities to help team deliver the marketing plan e g writing briefs liaising with clients on campaigns providing deliverables etc Ensure marketing communications campaigns are delivered on brief on time and as per approved scope Map out customer journey and lifecycle communications journey as per Aimia s methodology Website content loading using CMS tool including content maintenance and updating Testing links for website and e-

communications Briefing the clients agency and marketing team Quality checking web and email communications to ensure these are accurate against production briefs including non-

English content Managing client approvals as appropriate Technical Briefing internal operations and technical team on technical support issues Manging Change requests and Project Management end to end with support from team as and when required Informing the client operations IT and business teams about new promotions changes Briefing on points based promotion understating systems set up and managing project with Operations team Briefing the Operations team for campaign data extracts setting up reports and automating triggered communications Data Select data management and reporting responsibilities from Tableau and Loyalty Management System Producing targets vs actuals report Assisting Account Manager on data led projects and automation of reports Essential skills and experience The successful candidate must have be Experience working for an Agency or client side in a similar role in B2C Loyalty marketing Strong knowledge and experience with the Office suite of programmes Word Excel PowerPoint Highly organised and ability to project manage effectively in a fast paced environment Number driven and can present data Great attention to detail Ability to multi-
