We are seeking for Accounting Professionals who could mainly handle and monitor the income, assets, liabilities and expenses of the company.
Qualification : Graduate of accountancy related courses.At least 2-years of experience in the Medical field.Computer literate with excellent knowledge in MS-Office.

Prepare journal entries and documents financial transactions by entering account information.Complete general ledger operationsResearch, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Corrects accounting errorsPrepare statement of accounts for patients and suppliers when required.Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly financial report to the chief accountant.Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when neededPerform and / or prepare reconciliationMeasure KPIs and prepare reportsMaintain company asset logs.
Arrange for money to be deposited to bank.Prepare employees' pay slips once payroll has been checked by Management.Process monthly and year-end payroll reportsMake supplier payments in accordance to instructions from management.
Ensure that employees' documentation is complete for the processing of the salary.Issue checks for accounts payableVerify the prepared salary issuance of the accounting clerk by comparing the data and checking employee timesheets.
