Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls : direct them to theconcerned employee, deal with basic enquires and takemessages.
  • Prepare and send outgoing faxes,mail and courier and parcels. Sort incoming mail, faxes and courierdeliveries for distribution.
  • Meet and greetvisitors in a professional manner and direct them to their meetingor appointment.
  • Answer correspondence,complete various forms related to assigned tasks and prepare otherdocuments as needed.

  • Maintain an electronicand hard copy filling system.
  • Coordinatebusiness travel arrangements for employees and clients includingflights and hotel booking as well as expense management, all inline with the firms travel and expense policies.
  • JobRequirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-4years experience in a similar role
  • Proficientin Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Goodorganisational skills
  • Can multitask andprioritize assignments and requests
  • Excellentcommand of Arabic and English
  • Excellentcommunication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Ability to build partnerships and work well inteams.
  • Can identify problems andrefer / escalate complex issues to a higher level.
  • Ensure deliverable are always a high quality.
  • Must be UAENational
