Job Role : Marketing Executive - Restaurants(Arabic Speaker)
Job Description :
As Restaurant Marketing Executive, you will plan, developand execute engaging communications across all relevant platformsand restaurant brands to drive consumer awareness and encouragethem to visit the restaurants and build and nurture market share.
In this role you will get to do a little bit of everything, frombalancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerceactivities, to managing public relations, to creating and executingsocial media content plans and community engagement, to identifyingand developing strategic partnerships for the brand.
Success willbe measured by how well you help to drive the sales and revenuestrategy of the restaurants, social media engagement and also byhow effectively leveraged the resources around you are to createtruly compelling marketing and communicationscampaigns.
Restaurant Marketing andAdvertising
Acts asthe day to day liaison between the marketing department andoperations team to create and promote the brands to maximumeffect.
Executes an annual marketing plan tobudget in consultation with the Marketing Director and other SeniorManagement and Operations teams.
Establishesand fosters relationships with relevant third parties that driverevenue and increase brand awareness for the Restaurant, i.
e.online delivery platforms, mall management partners,etc.
Digital andSocial Media Management
Creates and executes a monthly content plan for eachrestaurant brand and manages this across all relevant platforms tocreate optimum share of voice and engagement.
Engages in proactive online reputation management bysurfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in socialmedia channels and responds accordingly.
Manages the brands' Google My Businessaccounts.
Updates the brands' websiteson a regular basis, monitors SEO performance & assists inrunning paid search campaigns to support tacticalpromotions.
Completes a monthly performancetracker in an accurate and timely manner.
Help to develop and execute a comprehensive PRplan per quarter along with the Marketing Director.
Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contacts,with particular emphasis on restaurant listings, food critics,relevant influencers and bloggers.
Manages theexecution of any restaurant sponsored events, community / governmentrelations activities and press promotional activities.
Collateral Development andVisual Asset Management
Oversees all design and work for the Restaurants -including, but not limited to menus, flyers, tactical POS, signageetc.
Plans and oversees the execution of theRestaurants' photography and videography shoots forF&B advertising, collateral and public relations purposes.
Schedules and manages a photo / video shoot twice a month for eachbrand.
Controls quantity and inventory of allRestaurant marketing collateral and archives all files and activityin an appropriate manner.
Fluentin both Arabic AND English.
A self-starter whocan work independently and remotely from seniormanagement.
Minimum of 3 years'experience within a marketing role.
Experienceof working within F&B brands.
A keeninterest in the food scene.
Proven ability tokeep abreast of competition and its collateral, advertising, andmarketing efforts and constantly evolving digital and marketingtrends.
Well presented with excellent verbaland written communication skills.
Experienceof running paid social campaigns and PPC would be a distinctadvantage.
