Job Role : Restaurant Manager - Fast CasualDinning
We are looking for a RestaurantManager to lead all aspects of our business. Someone who candeliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provideexcellent customer service.
Therestaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining therestaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals. They willensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain highproduction, productivity, quality, and customer-servicestandards.
To be successful in this role, theywill need management skills and experience in both front and backof the house. Back of the house management experience is alsoessential, as they will hire qualified cooks and wait staff, setwork schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply withhealth and safety restaurant regulations.
Theywill be expected to lead by example and uplift our staff duringbusy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, they willensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasantdining experiences.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Backof the House restaurant operations
Deliversuperior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customercomplaints
Regularly review product qualityand research new vendors
Organize andsupervise shifts
Appraise staff performanceand provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safetyregulations
Manage restaurants good image andsuggest ways to improve it
Control operationalcosts and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annualrevenues and expenses
Promote the brandthrough word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g.discounts and social media ads)
Train new andcurrent employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintainfuture restaurant operations
Provenwork experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant GeneralManager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Bachelors Degree or Higher
At least2-3 years experience as a restaurant manager within theUAE
Valid UAE Drivers License
Excellent Customer Service and CommunicationSkills
Canwork under pressure
Teamwork and ProblemSolving Skills
Experience managing high volumedeliveries is mandatory.
Experience working ina fast casual restaurant is a plus
Experiencemanaging a team of 15 plus is essential
Excellent written and spoken English
