Element has an opportunity for a Data Integration Specialist (HR) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business
In this role ,you will be responsible for developing a data migration plan to integrate acquired data structures into Element D-365 HR system in consultation with the HR data architects and key stakeholders
While based in Dubai , UAE ,this role carries responsibility for the MEA region
Partner with the acquired businesses to understand their current system road map and data points and develop a data migration plan to integrate acquired data structure into Element in consultation with HR data architects and key stakeholders as to the relevancy and use of the data
Work closely with the HR data architects to complete data migration analysis and assessment including the identification of erroneous data and work closely with the data architect to prepare a data cleanser plan to remove erroneous and irrelevant data
Work with the team to collect and collate people data for integrating into Element HR systems
Prepare data for uploading into D365HR ensuring its accuracy and integrity and effectively utilise data entities in D365HR for data uploading and provide data migration solutions using Excel Add-in, custom scripts, and DIXF in coordination with HR Systems Admin
Develop and implement a training plan for all HR users in the acquired companies to efficiently execute all HR processes in the system while being a champion to unlearn their current methods and learn Element way of working and coordinate with all stakeholders to get the correct data into the test as well as the production environment
Provide training to all stakeholders on the usage of the system and hand over the HR system to HR Administrators in the acquired company for daily usage after complete training of all stakeholders
Handle all data securely following the relevant state / country legislation and company policy , following Element’s Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values, working within Element’s policies procedural frameworks and standards at all times
Skills / Qualifications :
Graduate with experience in D365 HR system
Demonstrable experience in a similar data migration role and experienced in large-scale organisational data migrations
An excellent understanding of data cleansing principles, methodologies and tools and previous exposure to work environments operating within international data privacy and protection legislation
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and the phases of project lifecycles , while handling multiple projects at the same time key
HR operational experience along with advanced communication skills and HR application knowledge , having an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA , writing Macros , and experienced in creating & delivering software superuser training
