Job Requirement :
We are looking for a young, energetic F&B professional who can supervise his / her team, assist the service in a restaurant and provide high end quality service to guests.
The Supervisor is expected to assist with guest complaints in a professional manner. To project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times.
The Supervisor should be able to upsell and identify additional revenue opportunities, maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures, ensure punctual attendance of his team every shift, build an environment of trust and teamwork within the outlet.
The Supervisor should possess working knowledge of making duty rosters, giving briefings and ensuring his team is compliant with all the Marriott trainings.
Knowledge of English is a must. 3 years + working in a luxury hotel. Leading a team in current or prior experience would be preferred.
A minimum of Diploma in Hotel Management or similar is required.
