Job Role : Business TrainingSpecialist
Responsibilities forthe Business Training Specialist roleinclude :
Prepare anannual training plan according to the strategic priorities,evaluation results and the training
needs of Business teachers and related staff
Design and develop training programs,providing technical support for core training in theimplementation
of the trainingprogrammes.
Evaluate trainingpackages in cooperation with the related departments according toindustry principles
Co-ordinate the externaltraining provides to prepare or develop the content of trainingprogrammes that
are planned forstaff in the light of the Ministry's needs and the trainingand professional development
Identify suitable staff to become internal trainers andprepare plans for qualifying them as certified trainers.
Assess training programmes, measuring their impact andanalyzing results.
Monitor the effectivenessof training and measuring the gaps between outputs and expectedoutcomes of
Contributeto the analysis of statistical data of training programs and theextraction of performance
indicators and development solutions.
Prepare an evaluation study of the impact of professionaldevelopment programmes on the performance
of staff and impact on students.
Apply best practice in the fields of training developmentof human resources and make suggestions for
developing best practice methods.
Provide technical support to inform Directorateinitiatives.
Carry out any other tasks relatedto the job as required.
Qualifications : Essential
MA / MSc in a relevantsubject from a recognized higher education institution
Teaching and / or recognized assessor qualification (egPGCE, Cert.Ed. A and V awards)
IELTS 7Academic / 7.5 General (with a minimum of 6.5 in eachskill)
A minimum of three-years' experiencein a senior learning and development role.
Appropriate vocational and or industry Project Managementwork experience.
