  • Performing service tasks like installation andcommissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently,identifying technical problems and making analysis through remoteor on-site activity in different service categories such asinstallation and commissioning, routine maintenance,extensions,replacements etc.
  • Contributing to customersatisfaction by executing service work according to customer orderand expectation. Maintaining a good relationship with
  • customers. Identifying new sales opportunities andcommunicating them internally.
  • Coordinating,preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment areavailable and at the appropriate quality for serviceactivities.
  • Preparing all documents andreporting to be signed by the customer representative. Reportingwork done in a timely manner and following up whenneeded.
  • Troubleshooting simple equipmentfailure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problemin the future.
  • Providing recommendations tomanagement to improve operations and customer service.

  • Yourbackground

  • ABachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service andtesting of medium and high voltage motors
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills aswell as decision making capability.
