The CMA CGM IAM OPS team, belongs to the Cyber Security department and it’s responsible for the Identity and Access Management activities (users and accesses creation, modification, deactivation, access controls) in accordance with the AM processes.
In the IAM OPS team, as IAM Expert you ensure the execution of the IAM operational tasks and bring your functional and technical expertise to internal and external teams.
You report to the IAM OPS manager.
Provide functional and technical support (AD, Exchange, O365, IAM tools) to the teams in charge of Identity and Access Management activities (India, Dubai)
Handle the escalations
Handle the tickets (Service Requests and Incidents)
Plan and execute the scripts to create and modify the Business Roles
Plan and execute mass assignments scripts
Provide support to end users and IT teams (projects, AMS)
Provide support to QEV / CBN (India) team in charge of the security controls
Test the new functionalities and interfaces of the IAM tools
Monitor and correct the errors of the interface between the HR system and OIM / SAP IDM
Monitor and correct the errors of the interfaces between OIM / SAP IDM and other systems
Correct data inconsistencies between HR, OIM / SAP IDM / AD / Mail
Correct data inconsistencies between IAM tool and LDAPs (Internal AD, external AD, C3D)
Export IAM data when required for other IAM teams
Experience : 5 years’ experience in IAM topics
Identity Management processes
at least one IAM tool
Active Directory and Azure AD (O365) : users, groups, rights, licenses
Exchange and Exchange OnLine (O365) : licenses, mails, distribution lists, groups, rights
Powershell, SQL (nice to have)
Working experience with offshore teams
Effective communication and team spirit
Ability to interact with people at any level of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self motivated and focused
