We are looking to recruit exceptional professionals in Dubai and Riyadh across Analyst, Associate and Senior Associate levels.

Successful candidates will have a tight grasp on healthcare trends and challenges in areas such as operational performance improvements, R&D innovation investment, contracting and pricing, manufacturing operations and shared services.
Across the Health and Life Sciences spectrum it is anticipated that initial focus will be on the Healthcare ecosystems and Biotech sectors, with ambition to grow pharmaceutical clients in the mid to long term maturity of the business.

To be considered, you must possess :
a high-grade bachelor’s degree (or equivalent / higher) from an accredited top-tier university
Industry depth with a focus on the sectors listed above.
prior work experience in a professional services environment (advisory, consulting etc.)
excellent problem-solving skills and financial acumen combined with deep understanding of key business and operational drivers.
It is likely the successful candidate will have a formal mathematics / economics qualification or will have demonstrated financial flair in their career to date
high integrity that is characterised by the ability to deliver messages even when they are difficult to hear
a keen eye for the business analysis of cost structures and robust understanding of accounting and business plan modelling
Demonstrable experience in a successful business transformation process, with an instrumental and identifiable role in the success
Excellent programme / project management skills
Quality control / Regulatory / Clinical / Medical Education credentials will be considered a distinct bonus
Arabic language skills are desirable as well as an additional European language
