About the team
The Partnerships team is looking for a customer obsessed candidate with a proven ability to develop and manage high-level program initiatives.
The candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, as well as coordination and delegation capability. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must, as a lot of the time they will be working with a blank canvas and limited resources.
The Super App Tenant Experience Manager will be part of a small, focused team that will play a huge role in shaping what Careem will look like in the medium and longer term future.
What you'll do
Develop and align senior leadership on the strategy for the program and execute on the initiatives to achieve the organizational objectives.
Deliver the methodology to assess and evaluate partner success
Develop and manage the governance model that will allow for high standards of experience delivered by partners
Work closely with product / design teams, support with delivering business targets and growth
Develop and manage the forums that will empower the continuous improvement in the partner offering including performance, quality and satisfaction.
Oversee multiple cross-functional project teams
Plan and create scope, deliverables, stakeholders, timelines and priorities for new initiatives
Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, drive issues to resolution
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within Careem
Deliver reports for management and key stakeholders
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years in an equivalent role
Stakeholder management, time management and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation processes
Ability to identify and implement repeatable motions and a common framework to allow scaling of the program with limited resources.
The ability to influence without authority.
Data driven - ability to analyze performance dashboards, identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to resolve bottlenecks.
Ability to identify and respond to high-priority issues.

For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
