Our client is looking to recruit a Talent andLearning Manager to develop and lead talent management anddevelopment. About you
The role is a keystrategic role that requires someone that has developed and ledtalent management programs as well as building trainingprograms.
The ideal candidate should be able tobuild and execute a fully integrated leadership program for variouslevels of leadership and is able to collaborate with business headsboth locally and globally to ensure best practices are undertaken.
About you To be considered for this role youwill ideally have a Degree in Organisational Psychology or similarfield and have at least years’ experience with amutli-national organisation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to beconsultative and results driven The nature of this role requiresregular travel outside of the Middle East and therefore preferencewill be given to candidates that are able to travel freelythroughout Europe.
