Looking for an experienced Office Coordinator in UAE Job Details

  • Write letters e-blasts and other promotional communications
  • Training all staff on administrative duties company protocols and best practices
  • Participates in cross-functional departmental planning sessions
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Provide pleasant and professional customer service to all office personnel and guests
  • Provide other administrative assistance as appropriate and requested Job Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Two years experience in same field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
