We are looking for a reliable OfficeAdministrator (Lady). She will undertake administrative tasks. Thetasks will include receptionist, bookkeeping and the requiredbusiness communications.

The ideal candidate has to be competent inprioritizing and working with little supervision.

thecandidate should ensure the smooth running of our company'soffices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Skills of Admin officer - Accountant

  • Provenexperience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevantrole with basic accounting skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonalabilities
  • Excellent organizational andleadership skills
  • Familiarity with officemanagement procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office managementsoftware (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications insecretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Highschool diploma; BSc / BA in office administration or relevant fieldis preferred
  • proven experiences inshipping / Logistics would be preferred.
