A leading global company specialized in electronics is urgently seeking a Sales Administration Supervisor to support the company in attaining the monthly and annual targets.
This role is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with new and existing clients, authorized distributors and agents.
You will be required to respond to customer order related inquires and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role is responsible for various kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation of the system / processes and fulfillment of the orders.
Manage day to day functions providing support to colleagues, assist in resolving issues, escalating matters appropriately
Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient and confidential handling of data.
Provide an important link between Sales and the client.
Good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets.
Sales order processing and processing all sales-related paperwork.
Tracking process from order to delivery to ensure that all is happening with estimated time frames and informing the client each step of the way.
Checking dispatch documentation and dealing with customer inquiries.
Monitor and flag poor performance of key accounts against sales targets and forecasts and initiate corrective action with Account Manager.
Updating the status of sales order in SAP.
Maintaining an efficient work environment.
Follow up with Customer and Finance department on the status of Accounts Receivable accounts and on any corrective action necessary to maintain sales and minimize bad debts.
Supporting Sales Companies with intercompany processes.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and attributes :
At least 3 years experience in dealing with international business / trade, preferably within a sales support / administrative related capacity
Logistics and Order Processing experience
Excellent customer service skills, adaptable, highly organized with great attention to detail.
Polite, persuasive and professional communication.
Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi-task.
Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Good liaison with all other department members.
