Bilingual Dispute Resolution Paralegal - Dubai - Top International Law Firm A leading global law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Paralegal for their offices in Dubai The main purpose of the role is to strengthen support our operational functions The jobholder owns the responsibility of the smooth functioning of the Department Responsibilites -

Bundling and support indexing - Assisting fee-earners in monitoring legal developments and sharing with the department -

File management and some billing administration - Assisting with preparation for seminars and publications - Managing disclosure exercises -

Liaising with third party providers e g e-disclosure providers and arbitration institutions on procedural matters etc - Assisting with fee tracking -

Attending client meetings to gather information on legal matters - corresponding with arbitration clients as required - Preparing and drafting legal documents under supervision preparing first drafts of submissions in arbitration proceedings -

Conducting research and sharing knowledge on legal developments with team members - Working collaboratively with colleagues from other practice groups and offices to obtain advice on legal issues -

Liaising with government authorities where relevant - Preparing a personal development plan - Assisting other fee earners in the department as and when required -

Any other duties as reasonably required by the partnership or management teamRequirements- Degree - Preferably in law - Prior Experience as a Paralegal essential Skills Competencies -

Fluent in English and Arabic - High work standards - Excellent writingand drafting skills - Excellent organisational and problem solving skills -

Ability to confidently deal with demanding situations people and requirements - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and online research tools -

Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and manage own caseload - Good communication skills including the ability to liaise with people across the business -
