We are currently looking to recruit a person to work in our busy office. You will deal with all Office admin and Accounts, and you must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
English is a requirement both written and spoken Fluently.Arabic speaking would be a huge advantage.You must have an eye for detail as you will deal with quotations / numbers, prepare quotations, invoices, reports, letters etc.
Update customer / employee master records provide reports to the manager on demand. And provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
