The Club Lounge Crew is responsible forthe set-up, clearing and cleanliness of the Lounge area in safe andefficient compliance with policies and procedures and brandstandards.
Must deliver personal service to our VIP Guests andcomplies with all guest service basics such as proper uniform, nametag and proper guestgreetings.
Collegecourse work in related fieldhelpful.
Experience in a hotel or a relatedfield preferred.
High School diploma orequivalent required.
Customer Services experiencepreferred.
Flexibleand long hours sometimes required.
Light work -Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pullor otherwise move objects.
Ability to standduring entireshift.
Maintaina warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
Mustbe able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, withall level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly,courteous and service oriented manner.
Must beeffective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concernsraised by employees and guests.
Must be able tomultitask and prioritize departmental functions to meetdeadlines.
Approach all encounters with guestsand employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous andservice-oriented manner.
Attend all hotelrequired meetings and trainings.
Maintainregular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotels &Resorts Standards, as required by scheduling, which willvary according to the needs of thehotel.
Maintain high standards of personalappearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniformand nametag.
Comply with Wyndham Hotels& Resorts Standards and regulations to encourage safe andefficient hotel operations.
Maximize effortstowards productivity, identify problem areas and assist inimplementing solutions.
Must be effective inhandling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifyingand solving problems as necessary.
Must be ableto understand and apply complex information, data, etc. fromvarious sources to meet appropriateobjectives.
Must be able to cross-train inother hotel related areas.
Must be able tomaintain confidentiality of information.
Mustbe able to show initiative, including anticipating guest oroperational needs.
Perform other duties asrequested bymanagement.
Clean and maintain Lounge area.
Clear ashtrays, empty glasses, dishes and debris. Placeitems in proper areas.
Clean all spills and breakage immediately.
Respond to guest needs.
Perform Check In / Check Out for VIP Club Loungeguests
Promote and sign up Wyndham Rewards memberships toguests.
Assist with all aspects of service as requested.
Report any damaged or worn items to management.
On time and at work when scheduled, and in properuniform.
Attend departmental meetings as scheduled.
Consistent professional and positive attitudeand actions when communicating with guests, vendors andassociates.
Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe workhabits and comply with Sanitary, safety, security and emergencyprocedures.
Check with manager / supervisor beforeleaving work area for any reason.
Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction or unusual matters ofsignificance to Manager / supervisor so that corrective measuresmay be taken.
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Participate in task forces and committees asrequested.
Perform any other tasks / duties as requested bymanagement.
