Conduct short-term and long-term volume planning and budget planning for all markets across the Middle East and Africa Region.
Planning of production demand and securing of ideal product supply for the importers of the sales region.
Sales Reporting :
Preparation and upgrades of the internal and external sales and stock reporting, monitoring of the sales performance, as well as further
development of internal and external planning and reporting processes.
Incentive Planning and Reporting :
Conduct strategical planning, controlling and reporting of incentive budget, as well as set-up of incentive programs to improve sales
Sales Systems and Training :
Maintenance of sales systems PIA and DeltaMaster.
Maintenance of sales systems PLC and PDSR.
Training of importers on sales planning and reporting tools, systems and processes.
Market Intelligence :
Analysis of market and competition within the sales region.
