Finance Division :

  • Manages all finance and accounting processes / systems,tax functions and cash and treasury functions.
  • Analyzes the business to maximum extent, includingprofitability analysis by various dimensions, cost management,return on investments.
  • Works cooperativelyon business plans, budgeting and follow up, and managementreporting and information delivery achieves overall goals andtimelines.
  • Communicates with the keydecision makers, so that these obtain the critical informationnecessary to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Operational Leadership :

  • Determines theorganizational structure, budgeting and staffing requirements forthe finance divisions.
  • Provides direction inthe functional areas of finance and accounting processes / systems,tax, cash and treasury functions.
  • Isresponsible for hiring, training, development, performancemanagement, team building, and other culture and people managementactivities.
  • This include people management,staff development and succession planning and to take a proactivemeasure in developing and building strong successors for theteam.
  • Executive Team Leadership :

  • Serves as a member of the executive managementteam and develops and supports the company's strategic andoperating plans.
  • Participates in planning,policy and direction setting, problem solving and decision makingwith other members of the management team.
  • Promotes and demonstrates the company's culture and corevalues through words and actions.
  • Exhibitsthe ability to work effectively as a team member to contribute tothe strategic and cultural direction of the organization.
  • Exhibits the ability to work independently andexecute business plan within job scope.
  • Exhibits the organizational and business savvy, and theinterpersonal skills, to work effectively in a dynamic organizationwith inter-national and cultural differences.
  • Ability to adopt the company's approach andmethods. Also at the same time maintain an effective businessrelationship.
  • Commercial :

  • Control of inventory level and responsible forstocktaking and follow up on deviations and procedures regardingwarehouse management.
  • Support the commercialbusiness activities in Retail, Food & Beverage,Entertainment and Marketing.
  • Work in closepartnership with GM and Sales & Marketing Director todevelop overall business strategies and plans.
  • Internal Controls :

  • Responsible forestablishing a strong control environment.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the ManagementTeam
  • Understanding of roles andresponsibilities in the event of an emergency in the Park
  • Abiding with Health and Safety procedures,instructions and requirements
