Job Role : Admin Coordinator

AdminCoordinator Responsibilities

  • Provides office services by implementingadministrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoringadministrative projects
  • Manage and route phonecalls appropriately
  • Schedule in-house andexternal meetings
  • Organize company documentsinto updated filing systems
  • Addressemployees' and clients' queries (via email, phoneor in-person)
  • Prepare presentations,spreadsheets and reports
  • Proven workexperience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administratororsimilar role
  • Hands-on experience with MSOffice Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel andPowerPoint)
  • Solid time-management abilitieswith the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Salary : AED8,000.00 to AED10,000.00 / month

    Experience : Administrative : 3 years(Preferred)
