  • Toanalyze the needs of market as per Trend.
  • Identify peaktrading factors by Brand / Product
  • Analysis the demand;stock : ageing and Price.
  • Movement of product; stock inshops; stock in transit; stock in warehouse.
  • Monitor thestock transfers across locations based on requirement and salestrends / inputs.
  • Forecast sales plans and reviserequirements during in-season trading, drafting merchandise plansdown to the level of Store by month by department, detailing sales,markdown, intake margin and stock.
  • Promotion / Event / SaleMarkdown planning. (Sales Working)
  • PPT Presentation postsales / event.
  • Weekly sales reports generating to gaugethe department performance.
