A PURPOSE STATEMENT The role of the Head of Online Travel Agents OTA is critical for the retention and expansion of current revenues from OTA customers and focus on winning new OTA customers Working in the MESA region where there is currently large growth of OTAs driven from India in to the Middle East The Head of OTA is responsible for defining and implanting Travelports OTA strategy across the region The main responsibilities for the Head of OTA are therefore to working with the local SMO NDC account management teams where applicable 1 Ensure that existing Travelport OTA customers honour and where applicable renew their contracts increase their share of business with Travelport purchase additional modules or features for their existing products as well as potentially expand their Travelport relationship by buying new products 2 Ensure that OTA customers online engines are technically efficient and that we enable our customers to be competitive by supplying relevant products functionality and support 3 Lead our OTA team to service the OTA customers 4 Research and define the strategy market approach addressable market pipeline through to deal close and support the account management for the OTA business In addition to the customer management responsibilities the Head of OTA is responsible for the channelling of information to and from On line Travel agents or existing accounts which have an on-

line channel and managed by Account Managers in the ME group and for the adherence of to policies and procedures Furthermore tasks include directly and indirectly Capture and feedback product requirements from customers Capture and feedback training requirements from customers interact with finance to ensure proper charging of fees and the resolution of outstanding incentive and payment issues 5 Part of the responsibility is to implement and run a pro-

active and effective account management process including defined meeting call plans etc 6 An important part of this role will be in maintaining day to day contacts with the customers and where appropriate our local teams to ensure a Commercial targets are met and or exceeded with these clients b The client needs and requirements are met by ensuring the commercial targets are fully understood and delivered or where issues arise expectations are managed accordingly c OTA requirements are combined across the region so Travelport does not duplicate effort and internal commercial implications are understood d Appropriate Travelport products and services pertaining to OTAs are correctly positioned with these clients at a commercial and an operational level 7 Will need to build and develop internal relationships at all levels so that solutions and services supplied meet resource capabilities and company objectives 8 Secondary to the above there will also be the need to provide where appropriate a help and guidance as required to the region for any locally supported OTAs eg Cat 2 accounts This will enable the OTA division work as a team across the region b provide as necessary commercial or technical support and consultancy for any new OTA opportunities in the Middle East B MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Profitable revenue retention and growth across all Travelport GDS brands To focus on growing also non core GDS revenue e g Hospitality eNett hosting services To build and nurture excellent relationships with key decision influencers and makers within the portfolio of OTA and use every opportunity to present Travelport as the only real solution for their OTA business On a day to day basis lead and motivate our team vertically aligned to deliver solutions which match or exceed customer expectations Create develop and deliver against OTA Account Plan To ensure the appropriate implementation support and communication structure is in place for the OTA accounts Act as a point of escalation for significant OTA commercial and support issues in the Middle East ensuring timely resolution Provide appropriate feedback and reporting to support the above Ensure direct manager is updated as appropriate Ensure our tracking systems like Siebel are regularly updated to reflect the above activity and the data content contained within is correct Fulfill any other activities within reason as designated by the Managing Director MEA or other relevant party Enable delivery of annual revenue targets including by expanding the original contract structure to cover other products or features by Presenting and demonstrating Travelport products and services to the customers management team and the functional units Building the needed business cases for the add-

on sales Travelport Negotiating amendments to the existing contract structure Assuming responsibility for and managing customer test of add-

on products or features Assuming responsibility for and managing the implementation work for add-on products post contract signature until customer sign-
