Job Description

  • Recruitment.
  • Payroll and BenefitsAdministration.
  • Visa Process.
  • HR Assistant Prepare paperwork for new Hires, Onboarding& Offboarding management.
  • HR AssistantProcess and prepare memos, correspondence, or otherdocuments.
  • Process of HR functions.
  • Employee leave management.
  • Processemployees request and provide relevant information.
  • Ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the variousHR functions and duties.
  • Offering clerical andadministrative support to the HR Head.
  • Coordinate with Attendance tracking.
  • Update HR databases in HR Software.
  • Coordinate with candidates to scheduleinterviews.
  • Plan meetings, interviews, HRevents and maintain agendas.
  • Legaldocumentation maintenance.
  • Tracking expirydates of documents.
  • Take charge indistribution of mails.
  • Systematic filing bothelectronic and printed documents.
  • Coordinationwith various suppliers - Office supplies, Business cards,etc.
  • Coordination with officemaintenance.
  • Supervise office assistant incleaning office premises.
  • Maintain visitorsrecords.
  • Operate telephone Calls in aprofessional manner & forward calls, to concerndepartments
  • Maintain and develop the employeefiling system / records (soft and hard copies).
  • Creation of employee central file for easy tracking ofexpiry dates.
  • Application of variouscertification request & Pass in online portals.
