The Head of Transformation isresponsible for developing a clear understanding and support forchange management across Majid Al Futtaim Leisure, Entertainmentand Cinema senior leadership
The Head ofTransformation will partner with internal and external resources asthey establish an organizational change model / methodology andexecute change management strategies and plans in support ofbusiness transformation initiatives
Overallresponsibility for providing day to day leadership and managementof the Transformation team as well as undertaking / projectmanaging key projects
She / he will beresponsible for delivering the activities and outcomes of theprojects to which they are assigned as well as ensuring all projectmanagement tools and capabilities are implemented to support theagreed work programme
The Head ofTransformation will support the leadership team in gainingorganizational visibility and Business Unit customeralignment
Job Details KeyResponsibilities and Accountabilities :
Creates a measurement system and / or tool to assess awareness,understanding, buy-in and support of change managementactivities
Develops a feedback mechanism atstrategic touch points to facilitate open discussions oforganizational improvement opportunities
Supports development of clear case for change, desired outcomes,accurate scope, clear roles and decision-making
Gives advice and counsels leaders without owning theprojects themselves in order ensure the steps, tracking andexpectations are consistent
Supportsinitiative teams with skills in process excellence, projectmanagement, facilitation, problem solving, acceleratingtransformation and value creation to drive toward requiredoutcomes.
Surfaces capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and anyother red flag issues needing leadership attention. Ensureeffective stakeholder engagement and communications.
Ensurestimelines are adhered to for initiatives by keeping executivesaware of any red flags concerning the timing or integrationprocess
Partner with sponsors and theirorganisations to change the culture from enforcement to strategicpartner; work with sponsors to think through their transformationagenda, including strategic drivers, realistic benefitsidentification, etc.

Strong portfolio and programme management skills, alongwith accountability for execution across several businessareas

MinimumQualifications / Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a highlyreputable university with a strong academic record
Project management certification PMP, PMI is aplus
MBA is a plus
