A company in Dubai is in need of a full time experienced finance administrator. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Selected candidates should be able to maintain records for all transactions done at the work place.
Ideal applicants should be able to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements. Preferred candidates should be able to maintain reports on financial metrics including investments,return on assets and growth rates.
Interested applicants should be able to identify and address account discrepancies. Candidates should be able to manage accounts receivable and payable and also prepare budgets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Interested candidates should have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities. Preferred applicants should have hands on experience with accounting software like Quick books.
Ideal candidates should have an advanced knowledge of MS Excel like creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial excel functions.
Selected applicants should have a good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and also confidentiality. Candidates should have a good time management and organization skill to be able to finish clients work in time.
