Areas Of Responsibility

  • Develop the CS business, taking P&L responsibility for CS in the region
  • Establish SLN CS operational KPIs
  • Budget planning, evaluation, forecasting & execution
  • Evaluation & supervision for assigned regional teams to ensure customer satisfaction & business results achievement
  • Coordination of SLN CS Sales & Marketing for the Lead Country Bundle
  • Developing of Service Sales Specialists for SLN CS portfolio service sales
  • Develop, Support and Drive Sales Opportunities for Service together with local Sales in Lead Country Bundle
  • Responsibility to develop Process Safety Business in Lead Country Bundle
  • Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in services / Projects. Advanced knowledge of Automation & Drives products / systems especially O&G applications.
  • Have experience in different industrial processes and development of business portfolio

  • 5-10 years of experience in developing new business areas including the identification of resources / know-how requirements and the understanding of customer expectation of service delivery (KPI's)
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing virtual groups of people both on functional and disciplinary level
  • 5-10 years of experience in Multinational / Multicultural companies
