Responsible to maintain andhandle the files, all information and records pertaining toemployee’s visa, work permit process, personal files,requirements and other related documentation.
Close liaison with Company’s PRO in regards toimmigration process, labor, visa & work permitcancellations and other governmental related issues and newpolicy.
Ensure coordination ofpre-commencement candidate documentation and services in order tomaintain contractualised joining dates.
Directly responsible and ensure all visa processstamping, cancellation and other requirements are being met andobtained in a proper adequate time frame.
Provide assistance in Administration concerningsub-contractor manpower and prearrangement of contracts and otherrelated needful information, requirements anddeliberation.
Coordinating withsub-contractor invoices, claims, requisition, and other relatedissues.
Manage & strictcompliance thoroughly the process, file, coordination, maintenance,updates, interaction and other related manpower issues andadministrative support.
Bepermanently updated in all immigration, visa process, penalty andsimilar related issues.
Respond to internaland external HR related inquiries or requests and provideassistance
Redirect HR related calls ordistribute correspondence to the appropriate person of theteam
Maintain records of personnel-relateddata (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc) inboth paper and the database and ensure all employment requirementsare met
Liaise with other departments orfunctions (payroll, Projects etc)
Support therecruitment / hiring process by sourcing candidates, performingbackground checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employmentcontracts etc
Assist supervisors in all HRprocedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HRevents etc and maintain the team's agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
