Key Responsibilities :
Manage all functions of the Food Production and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimum departmental profit.
Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage with regards to the annual budget plan preparation and implementation.
Participate in the creation and successful implementation of the hotel’s revenue plan and marketing programs.
Responsible for departmental Profit & Loss management.
Train, guide and mentor team members, ensuring a highly engaged working environment at all times.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in the luxury hospitality environment.
International experience is preferred
English - excellent oral and written skills
Outstanding knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to effectively manage a team
Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions
Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients / vendors
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Be knowledgeable of sales, marketing & promotional practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
